Submit Team Information

If you need to update your team information or have any notes for us after signing up as a sponsor, please submit them here. If a player is changing, please make note of who would no longer be attending.

Shirt sizes must be updated by August 14th, 2025. Any player without a shirt size will be given a large at the tournament.
