• One team of 4 golfers
• Logo on banner predominately displayed at the tournament.
• Printed names on t-shirts
• Bronze Hole Sign at Tee Box
• There will be a 5% service fee for any refunds processed.
• By purchasing a team you agree that all team players will be 18 years of age or older. 
• The four team players will be the only individuals allowed to participate on the course with the team. 
• No outside alcohol is allowed on Pebble Creek Country Club grounds. Anyone observed with outside alcohol will be asked to leave the course. 
• All carts used on the course must be those provided or approved for on-course use by Pebble Creek Country Club. ABSOLUTELY NO outside buggies or UTV’s will be allowed on the course, you will be asked to trailer your buggy immediately. 
• The team captain and/or the individual purchasing the team shall be responsible for all actions of their players during the tournament.
